A Taste of South Africa in the Maldives


Hurawalhi Maldives is bringing a taste of South Africa to the Maldives on Saturday, 25th February 2017, at a special dinner at 5.8, the world’s largest all-glass undersea restaurant.

The event will put the Kanonkop Estate in the limelight and allow guests to become familiar with the ‘red wine bowl’ of South Africa – the Simonsberg-Stellenbosch wine region of the Cape, the area that has earned a reputation for producing the best red wines in the country.

To fully appreciate the diversity of Kanonkop wines, diners will be able to compare different vintages and mull over the quality and variety, whilst enjoying a South Africa-inspired menu at Hurawalhi’s spectacular 5.8 Undersea Restaurant.
