With spectacular competition entries and inspiring displays, the PHS Philadelphia Flower Show attracts 250,000 visitors annually.

The theme of this year’s event is “HOLLAND: Flowering The World” which will bring the vibrant charms of The Netherlands to Philadelphia. A spectacular display of bridges, windmills, canals and water gardens in a sea of 30,000 flowers – with 6,000 more blooms suspended in a giant floral canopy – will welcome visitors to the Flower Show. Guests will also pass under a brick bridge inspired by the Amsterdam cityscape and adorned with Delft tile patterns, overflowing flower boxes and hanging baskets. The Dutch New Wave Movement, which takes a natural and sustainable approach to landscape design, will be evident in the wild grasses and varieties of perennials in the sloping berms of the garden. A dazzling light display will illuminate the landscape and the ornate blades of three windmills rising from the garden beds.
